Marketing Operations & Content Integrity Manager 

Monetary Metals (MM) is a disruptive, high-growth gold platform that pays interest to savers, finances qualified businesses, and provides a liquid marketplace for gold leases and bonds. 

  • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Content Integrity Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization. This role owns accuracy, structure, consistency, and reliability across marketing systems, content, and source materials. The ideal candidate brings calm to complexity, ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and supports the team by making systems, documentation, and content easier to trust and scale. 

 Responsibilities 

Content & System Integrity 

  • Own accuracy, structure, consistency, and version control of marketing source materials and systems 
  • Ensure marketing systems and content function as the authoritative source of truth 
  • Reduce errors, rework, and downstream corrections through standards, documentation, and governance 
  • Document procedures, standards, and escalation paths to maintain reliability across systems 

 Website Operations 

  • Own execution of website updates and maintenance in WordPress 
  • Publish press releases, articles, reports, white papers, podcasts, and offers following approved releases 
  • Ensure correct templates, branding, forms, metadata, and version control are applied 
  • Maintain the website as an accurate, up-to-date record across main and regional sites 

 Content Contribution & Research Support 

  • Contribute research, drafting, and structured writing support for website articles, reports, podcasts, pitch decks, company presentations, and social media content, as well as related updates 
  • Draft original, well-researched content to support social media posts in alignment with approved messaging, campaigns, and communications priorities 
  • Support SEO/AEO efforts through research, drafting, and content optimization aligned to established strategy and standards 
  • Provide content inputs to support advertising, paid media, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement materials 
  • Ensure all contributed content and materials are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with approved messaging and brand standards 

  SOPs & Documentation 

  • Own creation, maintenance, and adherence of marketing SOPs 
  • Ensure SOPs are current, accessible, and actively used by the team 
  • Support onboarding and training through documented and, where applicable, recorded processes 

 File & Asset Management 

  • Own organization and hygiene of marketing files in OneDrive and Canva 
  • Enforce naming conventions, structure, version control, and redundancy reduction 
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across shared assets 

Engagement & Form Support 

  • Support manual review and processing of designated website form submissions 
  • Ensure no valid inquiries are missed due to system or process gaps 
  • Document form-handling procedures in alignment with engagement governance 

Project & Workflow Management 

  • Owns administration and governance of the marketing project management platform 
  • Ensures tasks, timelines, and deliverables are properly documented and maintained 
  • Monitors workflow hygiene, including task closure, status accuracy, and accountability tracking 
  • Promotes consistent utilization of the platform across the marketing team 
  • Identifies process gaps and recommends improvements to increase efficiency and transparency 

Cross-Functional Support 

  • Partner with Communications, Advertising, and Engagement Strategy to ensure smooth execution 
  • Support training and enablement on marketing systems, tools, and processes 
  • Serve as a dependable operational partner across the marketing organization 

 Competencies 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, or related roles 
  • 2+ years of experience with Pardot 
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce 
Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO/SEM, and modern website and digital marketing best practices 
  • Experience working with design tools such as Canva and partnering with creative resources to produce high-quality communications assets 
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Comfort contributing to written content through research and drafting 
  • Ability to enforce standards without slowing execution 
  • Calm, dependable presence in fast-paced, collaborative environments 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability manage multiple communications initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable collaborating effectively in asynchronous, remote, fast-paced environments and working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and leadership 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail 
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines independently while managing competing priorities 
  • Data-informed approach to communications, including comfort reviewing performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, engagement trends) to derive insights and improve messaging effectiveness
